If you're a reseller you can avoid sales tax by faxing or emailing us your Reseller Certificate. Please indicate your order number on the Fax. In addition, choose your account type to reseller in sign up form.

We use US Priority Mail for domestic shipping UPS for international. We will issue a tracking number once your order has been processed.

1.Canceling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. There is no charge to cancel your existing order. Simply enter your username and order number. Confirm cancellation by going to Order Status. You will receive an email confirmation from MiR Weighted Vest within 2 business days.
2.15-Day Money Back Guaranty
Products sold by MiRWeightedVest.com are covered 15-day money back guaranty from the date the item was shipped,
All returns must be at original and resell condition. Shipping is non-refundable.
3.Manufactures Warranty
All items carry the manufactures warranty listed on individual product page. See warranty page for details.
4.Order Number
Upon confirmation of your order, We will issue an order number which can be used to check your Order Status, cancel your order and report a problem.

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by MiRWeightedVest.com must accompany all returned items, either for refund or for repair. A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Warranty is void if any item has its serial number or warranty sticker removed. Warranty is void if any item has physical damage. All returns must be in original and resell condition. Shipping is non-refundable. (Request A RMA number)
