All internationl shipments are sent by United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be provided by us. Customers are responsible for all duty, taxes, and value-added fees at customs. It is wise to check with import authorities to determine these charges. Custom fees, duties and taxes are accessed by your country at time of delivery. Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. If customers do not pay the custom fees, duties and taxes upon receipt of their order, or any orders are returned to us by customs and masked as refused. We will not refund the shipping fee.
