1.What is the weight limit for each vest?
We have 7 different type of vest: Women Vest: 5-30lbs Super Compact vest: 10-30lbs Short Vest: 35lbs-60lbs Firefighter Vest: 35-60lbs Pro Vest: 50lbs-90lbs Short Plus Vest: 65lbs-90lbs Pro Plus Vest: 100lbs-120lbs
2.What is the difference between the short vest and pro vest?
The short vest has 2 column rows of weights 20 piece of weight goes in the front and 20 in the back, 30lbs max per side, and maximum weight of 60lbs. It comes with 1 adjustable belt. The pro vest has 3 column rows of weights. 30 pieces of weights goes in the front and 30 in the back. 45lbs max per side, and maximum weight of 90lbs. It comes with 2 adjustable belts.
3.What is the warranty on your products?
We have a one year manufacture warranty on all our products, and a life time service warranty on the vest. We service your vest any time there is a problem or defect, to make sure your vest last a life time.
4.Can I purchase more weights later on if I want to upgrade the weights on my vest?

6.Is there free shipping?
There are weekly specials that you can take advantage of,free shipping only implies to the item on sale, accessories and free items will alter the shipping cost.
7.Bonus Items?
You are eligible for the bonus items once you purchase a weighted MIR product. If you purchase the bonus item by itself, your order may not be shipped.
8.Shipping Inquiries.
96-98 percent of U.S. order uses USPS priority mail. It takes 2-4 business days to arrive at the destination once it has been shipped. International order also uses USPS priority. It takes 10-14 business days to arrive. Canadian orders take 7-10 business days using UPS. All order is providing by an automated tracking number service that update to your email once your order has been shipped.
9.How do I track my package?
For orders which start with 9101- You can go to USPS.com and enter your tracking to locate your package, Track USPS. For order starting with -1Z728- You can use UPS.com to track you package. Here is the link so you can track your package through UPS, Track UPS
10.What credit card can I use?
We accept all major credit cards. VISA. MASTERCARD. DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept PayPal payments. Please call us at 408-941-9415 for more information.
11.How do I return my package?
You need to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by MiRWeightedVest representative. RMA# must accompany all returned items, either for refund or for repair. A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Warranty is void if any item has its serial number or warranty sticker removed. Warranty is void if any item has physical damage. All returns must be in original and resell condition. Shipping is non-refundable.
12.What happen if I haven't received my package?
After ten days, please notify our MiR representative, we will find out what the status of your package and make sure your package get to you as soon as possible.
